Tampa Intersection Floods After Vehicle Crashes Into Fire Hydrant: Police
A major Tampa road flooded after a vehicle crashed into a fire hydrant, police said.
TAMPA, FL — Roads flooded at a Dale Mabry Highway intersection after a vehicle hit a fire hydrant during the Tuesday morning commute, Tampa police posted to X around 8:30 a.m.
All lanes of West San Luis Street just east of Dale Mabry are impassable, police said.
The outermost lane of northbound Dale Mabry Highway also flooded after the crash.

The driver was uninjured in the crash.
