• St. Johns County Fire Rescue extinguishes garage fire in World Golf Village (actionnewsjax.com) — Firefighters quickly put out a garage fire Tuesday evening on Edge of Woods Drive in World Golf Village, keeping the flames from spreading into the home and leaving no one hurt. Crews traced the cause to an electrical outlet in the garage, and damage was contained to that area. Residents may want to double-check outlets and extension cords in their own garages.
