During a visit to the exact apartment, notice where the windows face and what is outside them. Think about where you would sleep, relax or work—not just where the photographer stood.

Ask which blinds or shades are included and what window treatments the property permits. If you work at a screen, consider where glare might affect your setup. If you sleep during daylight hours, think through how you would darken the bedroom.

A sunny visit is one snapshot, not a promise of the same light all day or every season. If the exact unit cannot be shown, ask what can be confirmed rather than assuming the model matches.
