Ask the property about the exact option you would use:
• Is a space assigned, reserved separately, or first-come, first-served?
• Which parking charges are required, and which options cost extra?
• How do guest parking and vehicle registration work?
• Are there vehicle size restrictions or garage clearance limits to check?
• If charging matters to you, what equipment, access rules and separate charges apply?
Walk the route between the parking area and the apartment if you can. Think about groceries, rainy days and the way you actually come and go. Ask for the current parking policy in writing rather than relying on a listing photo.
Good value means understanding what you’ll use and what you’ll pay for—not simply picking the longest amenities list.
