Arrest Warrants Issued For Canton Apartment Shooting Suspects
No injuries or property damage was reported in connection to Thursday's shooting at Alexander Ridge Apartment Homes.

CANTON, GA -- The Canton Police Department has issued arrest warrants for two suspects in connection to Thursday's shooting at Alexander Ridge Apartment Homes. Police have charged Don Wesley Pitchford and Nicholas Master Bell, both 21, with one count each of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Pitchford is also charged with one count of simple battery.
Bell, of Decatur, is described as a black male with brown eyes. He is 6 feet tall and weighs about 190 pounds. Pitchford, who hails from Canton, is a white male with green eyes. He is 5'9'' tall and weighs around 120 pounds.

The police department said the report came from a caller who said the shots came from inside an apartment breezeway. Canton officers and officials from surrounding agencies responded to the area and secured a perimeter as part of the investigation.
Several witnesses were located and taken into custody for questioning at the police department, and no damage to property or injuries have been noted "as far as we can tell at this time," the police department added.

The shooting remains under investigation, and anyone with information about the two suspect's whereabouts is asked to call 770-420-4883.
