Police: Teen Killed By Step-Cousin Following Argument
Warrant claims the fatal stabbing allegedly done by Canton resident Olivia Nicole Smith occurred after a fight in an Acworth home.

The 18-year-old Canton woman accused of killing her 17-year-old step cousin in Acworth allegedly stabbed her victim multiple times with a kitchen knife in a front yard, an arrest warrant states.
Olivia Nicole Smith and Abbey Hebert got into an ”argument” inside a home in the 3100 block of Blowing Wind Court at approximately 9 a.m. Saturday, according to the warrant issued by Cobb County police

The argument got physical, prompting Smith to retrieve a kitchen knife, stab Hebert and chase the wounded victim outside the home, the warrant states. A witness saw the struggle outside and told investigators he saw Smith on top of Hebert, stabbing her multiple times.

Smith was interviewed by police and admitted to stabbing Hebert, the warrant says.
The Canton resident has been charged with felony murder and is being held without bond at the Cobb County jail, police said Saturday.
