• GNTC Foundation awards fall 2026 scholarships (allongeorgia.com) — Several Cedartown students are among those awarded more than $54,000 in fall 2026 scholarships and grants from Georgia Northwestern Technical College's Foundation. Local recipients, including nursing and technical students, earned support through programs like Success Grants, Disabled Veterans Support, and Polk County–focused awards, helping them cover tuition, supplies, and other education costs while preparing for in-demand careers across northwest Georgia.
