Driver Used Drugs, Dozed Off Before Hitting 3 At Bus Stop: Report
Authorities say a Cumming man was up late using drugs and then dozed off before he hit a man and two girls at a school bus stop.

CUMMING, GA — A Cumming driver accused of hitting two sisters and a man as they waited for a school bus in Forsyth County was high on THC and amphetamines and dozed off at the time he struck the victims, according to a report. Jose Arturo Corejo-Nunez, 43, was walking his girlfriend's daughters, ages 6 and 9, to the stopped school bus from their driveway when a Toyota Camry driven by Christopher Ray Frachiseur, 19, jumped the curb and struck Corejo-Nunez and the children, police said.
The Forsyth County Sheriff's Office's accident report said Frachiseur was up late using drugs and then dozed off before he hit the three pedestrians on Nov. 15 along Buford Highway near Echols Road. WSB obtained the report, in which investigators said Frachiseur told them he had been up the night before until about 3 a.m. watching "Game of Thrones" with his girlfriend, and was awake until about 3 a.m.
"He had to get up at 6 a.m. for work," WSB quotes from the police report. "Mr. Frachiseur explained that he had been dozing off on the way to work, when he opened his eyes there was a bus, and he did not know what to do, so he swerved and couldn't slow down fast enough."

Police said Frachiseur's blood tested positive for THC and amphetamines in his system and he admitted using the drug "Molly" the night before.
The girls, both students at Haw Creek Elementary students, as well as Cornejo-Nunez, are out of the hospital and recovering at home, WSB said.
