Employee dispensed ice with cup (no handle). plastic bowl without a handle stored in sugar. Stacking dishes wet (cups). Food debris falling on clean plates and food storage containers. Employee handled ready to eat food (quesadilla) after contaminating gloves with raw chicken.

All foods that were date marked were date marked with 8 days instead of 7 days. In use utensils stored in room temperature water. Utensils sent to dishwashing. No hot water at the handsink in the kitchen area. Must have hot water under pressure available at all handsinks at all times.
