Band Student Hospitalized at East Paulding Game
The unidentified student was airlifted from the Pope-East Paulding football game Friday after collapsing.
A band student was airlifted from Friday evening during the Pope-East Paulding football game, The Marietta Daily Journal reports.
The report quoted band director Gary Gribble as saying the unidentified male student had a heart condition. The student was taken to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta at Egleston and remained hospitalized Monday.
After play resumed, visiting 29-21.
