Paulding Animal Control has been inundated with black cats and kittens in the month of September. They are often passed over for other cats. All adoption fees are $10 on Tuesday, please come save a black cat or kitten - they make great pets and are just as beautiful as other cats. Remember that $10 adoption fee includes a micro-chip and a $20 certificate towards spay/neuter!
