Two buddies and Paulding sheriff's deputies will compete for King Of The Cold Title to support Special Olympics and they need your help.
PAULDING COUNTY, GA — Two longtime friends and Paulding County Sheriff's deputies will compete for King Of The Cold Title to support Special Olympics and they need your help.
Deputy Eric Pace has issued a challenge to his longtime friend Deputy Alex Hicks, both of whom are taking the first-ever Polar Plunge on Feb. 17. Here is the challenge: This is for the “King of the Cold” title. They are determined to raise money for the Paulding County Special Olympics!
The sheriff's office deputies are selling tickets for $5 each, or four tickets for $10, and donators can bet on one or the other as to who will be able to stay in the water the longest. The winner will be crowned as the “King of the Cold.”
