Our Summer Camp is a high-energy, fun-focused program designed for kids ages 7–12 that combines movement, games, and team-based activities in a structured and supportive environment. Each day is carefully planned to keep campers engaged from start to finish, blending speed and agility work, coordination drills, and simple strength-based activities with exciting group games and competitions. The goal isn’t just exercise—it’s helping kids stay active, build confidence, and develop teamwork skills while having a great time.
Campers are placed into teams at the start of each week, creating a fun and motivating atmosphere where they can build friendships and work together throughout daily challenges. Every day has a unique focus, including competition days, skill-building sessions, themed activity days, and end-of-week challenge and reward days. Throughout the week, kids participate in a wide variety of activities such as obstacle courses, relay races, dodgeball, scavenger hunts, and creative team challenges, ensuring that no two days feel the same.
In addition to movement-based activities, the camp also includes non-fitness elements like themed days (such as Pajama Day or Superhero Day), show and tell, and group games that encourage creativity and social interaction. Weekly highlights like water days, team competitions, and end-of-week awards keep campers motivated and excited to return. By combining structure, variety, and a strong emphasis on fun, our Summer Camp creates an environment where kids can stay active, make friends, and build confidence all summer long.
