County Hiring Director of Treatment Services

Juvenile Court* The Director of Treatment Services is a non Civil Service position, serving at the pleasure of the Chief Juvenile Court Judge. The employment relationship is “at will”, meaning that either the employee or Paulding County may terminate employment at any time, and for any or no reason, or there is no contractual agreement as to employment duration.

Director of Treatment Services

This position is responsible for coordinating care/treatment of Juvenile Court involved youth, developing and overseeing psycho-educational prevention and rehabilitation programs utilized by the Juvenile Court, maintaining relationships between the Juvenile Court and private treatment providers, managing financial resources related to grants and other funds utilized by the Juvenile Court for programs and/or treatment, and developing new programs and rehabilitation methodologies.

Clinical treatment experience required, including experience with system of care, and local interagency planning;
