Dallas Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep Adds 3.5 Acres

in Paulding County, was first purchased by Andy Gill in 1994. At that time, the business was located outside of old Dallas. It was not long before business was going well, and the dealership felt the need to expand. Three months later, Gill purchased 19 acres which the dealership now occupies on Old Griffin Road. The existing facility officially opened in 1995, and expansion in 2002 added The Collision Center on site. The property is 43,000 covered square feet. Recently, the dealership added another 3.5 acres directly on Highway 120, or Dallas Highway. Mr. Gill has plans to pave and light 1.5 acres, and this new addition will feature new and pre-owned vehicles.

"I believe 'Jeep Mountain' will become a landmark for everyone in the county", said Gill. Jeep Mountain will feature more than 20 Jeep vehicles climbing up the mountain, which is the perfect way to highlight Jeeps' capability. "Just keep your eye on the progress taking place as you go by," Gill said.

Gill is proud of the fact Dallas Dodge is a family owned and operated organization. Gill and his wife, Kerry, have been married 44 years, they have two children, and three grandchildren. Gill's son Andrew Gill Jr., is the General Manager, and Jason Allmon, his son-in-law, serves as Chief Financial Officer.

"Its exciting to me Dodge has gone back to its heritage of true muscle cars," said Gill. And, when asked about one aspect that sets Dodge apart from others,  he replied, "the eight-speed transmissions available in the 2013 Ram trucks will give them the highest MPG on the road."
