Donated Quilts to Comfort Local Victims
Paulding County Sheriff's Office thanks the Silver Comet Stitchers Quilting Guild.

The Silver Comet Stitchers Quilting Guild is a group of ladies who meet on a regular basis and make quilts in Paulding County.
Of the many things that the group does, one of them is to make smaller quilts for every Sheriff’s Office vehicle that is in our fleet.

The Silver Comet Stitchers make these quilts for the Deputies to pass out to victims of tragic situations where only something to keep them warm will help.
Our Deputies give these quilts to displaced families, accident victims, children, as well as anyone who needs to be warmed up.

“These ladies do a fantastic job and we, along with the citizens that end up wrapped in one of these quilts, appreciate the time and effort they put into making them,” said Sheriff Gary Gulledge.
The Silver Comet Stitchers also provide quilts for the Paulding County Fire Department and other local law enforcement agencies in Paulding County.
Sheriff Gary Gulledge and the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office want to thank the Silver Comet Stitchers for the dedicated service that they provide to the citizens of Paulding County.
