DALLAS, GA — Power was knocked out and traffic was backed up for hours Friday after a dump truck took down several power poles and other utilities in north Paulding County.The crash happened in the area of Ga. 92 and Cedarcrest Road, according to the Paulding County Sheriff's Office.
