Filming Could Slow Downtown Dallas Traffic
A TV pilot being filmed in Dallas is set to use city streets for some of its scenes and may lead to road closures.

Officials with the city of Dallas are letting residents and businesses know that the filming of a television pilot downtown could affect traffic flow today.
According to the city’s website, Northern Entertainment Productions LLC is shooting Local Talent, also known as On We Go, at the Dallas Theater. The company is set to film driving scenes on Nathan Dean Boulevard/Highway 61 as well as Main Street, the latter of which will require closure of both Main and E. Griffin streets. Dallas Police officers will direct traffic around the closures as filmmakers shoot a scene as a car is parked in the curb lane on the southbound side of the street near Thomas Murphy Drive.
Other filming will see crews towing a vehicle with two cast members; the vehicle will move with the flow of traffic lights but will have Dallas Police officers around it for safety.
