Haden Elrod: May 6, 1932 - Aug. 29, 2012. Funeral services will be Saturday, Sept. 1, at 11 a.m. from Clark Funeral Home, with Pastor Mike Wheeler and the Rev. Steve Griggers officiating. Interment will follow in Prospect Cemetery, Rockmart, with Robert Lee, Jeff Freeze, Steven Love, Mike Ferguson, Sam Elrod, Ken Graham, Elliott Hawthorne and Jackie Camp serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Clemmons Strickland, Allen Pearson, R.L. Robinson, Butch Porter, Buck Scoggins, Roger McCommons and Doug Alsobrook. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 5 to 8 p.m.
