A grandmother and her boyfriend were arrested and charged in connection with her <a href="https://dallas-hiram.patch.com/groups/police-and-fire/p/report-toddler-drowned-at-south-paulding-residence">2-year-old grandson's drowning last month</a> in south Paulding County. Paulding County Sheriff's Office spokesman Cpl. Ashley Henton told the AJC that Nancie Leann Jones, 42, and Hubert Glendon Morgan, 40, were <a href="http://www.ajc.com/news/news/2-arrests-linked-to-paulding-toddler-drowning-deat/nf4YH/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">both charged with reckless conduct</a>. Both were released on $1,300 bonds. What exactly happened at the Senator Road residence on April 22 that led to the child's death is not clear.
