Hiram Police Department Receives $10,000 Grant
The grant comes from the Governor's Office of Highway Safety.

HIRAM, GA -- The Hiram Police Department has received a Small Agency Incentive Grant for $10,000 from the Governor’s Office of Highway Safety.
These funds will be used to reimburse the department's SPLOST account for the purchase of two WatchGuard 4RE HD in-car wireless camera systems.
“We are very thankful to the Governor’s Office of Highway Safety for their statewide support of local law enforcement efforts in trying to make the roadways safer for Georgia motorist," said Hiram Police Chief Todd Vande Zande. "This resource will prove invaluable to us in our efforts to enforce traffic safety and will assist in prosecuting violators.”
