The course will cover handgun selection, handgun training, handgun safe-handling practices, and the Georgia weapon carry permit requirements.      Lt. Brian Acree will be instructing the course. The course is designed for first-time handgun owners or anyone contemplating the purchase of their first handgun.        The location will be the City of Hiram Government Building, 217 Main St., Hiram, GA., 30141.   Date: October 20        If you are interested in registering, please email Lt.
