Last Chance: Apply for Paulding GOP Scholarship

Students who could use some extra financial assistance on their way to college have only a few days left to apply for a local scholarship.

The deadline for is Monday. To apply for the $500 scholarship, students are required to submit with their application a 350- to 500-word essay on this topic:

The first ten amendments to the United States Constitution are collectively referred to as the Bill of Rights. Of these ten rights, which do you believe offers the most important protection of individual liberty and personal freedom?

The recipient of the Paulding County GOP Young Conservative Scholar Award will be selected based on the strength of their original essay, with additional consideration given to GPA, extracurricular activities and volunteer work.
