Mattie's Call: Elderly Man Missing In Paulding County
Johnnie Braden was last seen around midnight, when he left his home to go look for his lost dog, authorities say.

DALLAS, GA — Police are asking for the public's help in finding an elderly man who has been missing since he left home at about midnight to look for his lost dog.
A Mattie's Call has been declared for 91-year-old Johnnie L. Braden.
Braden left his home, at 343 Helms Drive — a Powder Springs address in Paulding County — at about midnight Monday, according to the Paulding County Sheriff's Office.

He left in a maroon 2006 Chrysler Town and Country minivan with Georgia tag WJD106.
Braden is described as a white male, standing 5'7" and weighing about 140 pounds with grey hair and brown eyes. He does not have a cellphone with him and his family has not heard from him since he left the home.

Detectives believe Braden may have Alzheimer's disease and could get lost easily. According to his family, he was wearing a blue checkered shirt a World War II veteran hat and overalls when he left.
Anyone with information about Braden's whereabouts is asked to call 911 immediately.
