DALLAS, GA — A teenager reported missing in Dallas earlier this week has been found, authorities say.  Paulding County E-911 on Wednesday updated its alert to say that 16-year-old Ashley Dawn Payne had been located.  Paulding County Sheriff's Office spokesman Lt. Ashley Henson said Payne was located with some other people near her home Wednesday morning and was taken into custody as a runaway.According to E-911 Ashley's case had been rated "severe," meaning there was believed to be a "significant threat to life or property."   Photo via Paulding County E-911
