Real Estate Market Dynamics in Paulding County

Real estate has gone thru a roller coaster ride in the past 6 years. The good news is that things are stabilizing and the more traditional home sale has overtaken the bank owned/distressed sale in Paulding County. According to the latest statistics from First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS), bank owned sales are down 34.5% for 2013 while traditional home sales are up 19.5% The statistics from Georgia Multiple Listing Service (GAMLS) are even more striking. Bank owned sales listed thru this service are down nearly 48% while the traditional home sales are up nearly 31%. This is quite the turnaround, would you not agree. My goal is to educate and inform.
