Rep. Graves Makes Statement on GOP Budget Plan

U.S. Rep. Tom Graves (R-GA-14) issued the following statement after House Republicans released their budget for Fiscal Year 2014:

 “Our new budget shows that Republicans have the courage to lead and do what is right and necessary for our country to prosper. It is the only budget in town that balances, and it does so within ten years. It is the only budget that repeals Obamacare and modernizes Medicare so that the next generation will have the same safety net as their parents and grandparents. It is the only budget that takes a jobs-first approach by reducing the tax burden on America’s families and businesses. It is the only budget that approves the Keystone pipeline and opens land for energy exploration. This is our vision for bringing an end to the Obama years of economic hardship and empowering communities in Georgia and across America to grow and prosper again.”
