Rep. Graves On Obama’s Budget: 'All Hat, No Cattle'

U.S. Rep. Tom Graves calls President Obama's budget, "All Hat, No Cattle."

U.S. Rep. Tom Graves (R-GA-14) issued the following reaction to President Obama’s fiscal year 2014 budget proposal:

“As usual, President Obama’s budget is late, never balances and doesn’t matter. All hat, no cattle.”

President Obama’s FY14 budget was due by law on Feb.4 - 65 days ago. (The all-time record for tardy presidential budgets is 98 days late, set by President Obama in 2009.)

Despite proposing even more tax increases, the president’s budget never closes the budget deficit, ever.
