School District to Hold Annual Surplus Sale

The Paulding County School District is scheduled to hold its annual surplus sale on Friday, Oct. 25, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The sale is by sealed bid only.

The location of the sales items are as follows:

• The warehouse at 522 Hardee Street, in Dallas will have buses, a truck, a van, and miscellaneous items like 200 mobiles and VCRs.

• The Old Yorkville School at 116 Holly Springs Road, in Rockmart, will have miscellaneous furniture, electric/gas ranges, refrigerators, and food service equipment.

• Old P. B. Ritch Elementary at 140 Bethel Church Rd., in Hiram will have miscellaneous furniture, and mobile classroom equipment.

A complete list and bid form will be available on Monday, Oct. 21.

Bids may be faxed on the day of the sale to 770-443-7243.

You can inspect the school buses, truck, van, mobile, and all other items on the day of the sale.

All items must be picked up on or before Nov. 8.

All purchases must be paid by cash, money order, or cashiers check only.

No personal checks will be accepted.

Paulding County School District reserves the right to refuse any and all bids.

Merchandise is sold, "as is where is" with no warranty.
