Cabin Fever provides fresh roasted coffee from various countries around the world that are roasted in-house on a daily basis. In addition to coffee, Cabin Fever proudly serves espresso, cappuccino, lattes, smoothies, protein shakes, teas (black, green, herbal, oolong) and pretty much anything their customers request.

They also serve a giant selection of pastries, desserts, deli sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches and other little goodies.

Rick and Gayla are long-time Douglasville residents who have a vision to bring their little corner of downtown to great places. There is a constant stream of activities on their Facebook page including coffee tastings, performers, musicians, and even canvas painting events.

Plans for spring include opening up a patio and hosting brunches or musicians out under the lights of the alley.

Chamber President and CEO, Kali Boatright, congratulated and Rick on behalf of the Chamber. “On behalf of the Chamber I would like to thank you for choosing to open your business in Douglas County!” commented Boatright. “As not only the Chamber President, but as a regular customer, I can attest to the high quality of your products and know that you will be a great success in downtown. We have all anxiously awaited a coffee shop opening in downtown Douglasville and I am personally so grateful you are here.”

Mayor Harvey Persons was present at the ribbon cutting and presented Rick and Gayla with a check as a Downtown Douglasville Façade Grant Award winner. This grant will go towards their efforts to beautify their storefront in Douglasville.
