FREE Reception: Douglas County Arts Guild Biennial Exhibit

We’re excited to present the Douglas County Art Guild Biennial exhibit for 2026. The exhibit, on view from May 5-June 23, features pieces by local artists and craftspeople in one of the most eclectic collections of the year. The exhibit is available for tours weekdays, 9 am – 5 pm, with an opening reception on the evening of Thursday, May 7, 6-8 pm, hosted by Great Point Studios/Lionsgate with food provided by Sankofa Catering and Special Events.

The exhibit includes photography, printmaking, sculpture, wood art, mixed media, recycled art, pottery, drawing, watercolor, acrylic and oil paint, and some surprises in between. Over 20 artmakers will present nearly 100 works of art to inspire visitors through May and June. The variety of the collection represents the inclusiveness of the guild, which supports all forms of visual art.
