📝Note: The glass has to slowly cool down inthe annealer overnight, they can be pickedup the next day or for an extra fee they canbe mailed

The Church Street Farmers Market opens for the 2026 season on May 5th from 3pm to 6:30pm.The Church Street Farmers Market features locally grown produce, cut flowers, homemade breads, jams, jellies, vinegars and sweets, meat and seafood, local raw honey, handmade crafts, soaps, candles, and more. The market also partners with Georgia Fresh For Less to double up to $50 of SNAP/EBT benefits for fresh produce.
Free parking is available along Church Street and at the parking deck next to the Douglasville Conference Center.

Cultural Arts Council Douglasville | Douglas County

We’re excited to present the Douglas County Art Guild Biennial exhibit for 2026. The exhibit, on view from May 5-June 23, features pieces by local artists and craftspeople in one of the most eclectic collections of the year. The exhibit is available for tours weekdays, 9 am – 5 pm, with an opening reception on the evening of Thursday, May 7, 6-8 pm, hosted by Great Point Studios/Lionsgate with food provided by Sankofa Catering and Special Events. 
The exhibit includes photography, printmaking, sculpture,&nbsp;wood art, mixed media, recycled art, pottery, drawing, watercolor, acrylic and oil paint, and some surprises in between. Over 20 artmakers will present&nbsp;nearly 100&nbsp;works of art to inspire&nbsp;visitors through May and June. The variety of the collection&nbsp;represents&nbsp;the inclusiveness of the&nbsp;guild, which supports all forms of visual art.
