The Church Street Farmers Market opens for the 2026 season on May 5th from 3pm to 6:30pm.
The Church Street Farmers Market features locally grown produce, cut flowers, homemade breads, jams, jellies, vinegars and sweets, meat and seafood, local raw honey, handmade crafts, soaps, candles, and more. The market also partners with Georgia Fresh For Less to double up to $50 of SNAP/EBT benefits for fresh produce.
Free parking is available along Church Street and at the parking deck next to the Douglasville Conference Center.

We promise no fancy terms or baking stress-just laughter, simple steps, and time to pet, walk, feed and take pictures with the Alpacas.

By participating in Taste of Douglasville, visitors help the Cultural Arts Council to support affordable spring and summer arts camps, free ARTSVentures! curriculum-based school performances, critically acclaimed gallery exhibits at the historic Roberts-Mozley House, and many more special events like the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party.&nbsp;
For over thirty years, the CAC has celebrated the coming of summer with a Taste of Douglasville festivity. On Saturday, May 16th from 11 am – 5 pm, the Douglasville Town Green will be filled with beautiful handmade arts &amp; crafts, better living vendors, kids Korner, Sponsors, performers, and so much more. Tasting tickets are only $1 a ticket. Taste of Douglasville is the Cultural Arts Council’s largest fundraising event of the year.

Come join us at L&amp;R Alpaca Haven in Douglasville for a fun Paint Party! This pretty Dock of the Bay painting is on a 16x20 canvas and will make a perfect addition to your collection. And you get to choose between the Day and Night colors for your background! Hang it in your home or give it to someone special! $50 gets you entry to the farm, a paint seat, all the materials you need, step by step directions as we all paint together, and a small cup of Alpaca food and time to feed and pet the Alpacas!
Feel free to BYOB (bring your own food or drink) that you'd like to enjoy during the party. Additional cups of Alpaca Feed available purchase. Your GPS may tell you the farm is located on the opposite side of the street as the address is an even number on the odd side of the street. Look for the Alpaca Gates! The Alpacas can’t wait to meet you!

💰Proceeds will benefit Silverlining’s Animal Rescue Inc, (an affiliate of L&amp;R Alpaca Haven Farm) to support the welfare of the animals on our farm. Your ticket includes BBQ pork and sides for dinner (dinner between 5:30pm-6pm) and 10 bingo cards, extra cards can be purchased. There will be 5 rounds, the first 4 rounds the winner will receive $20, the 5th and final round the winner will receive a 50/50 split of ticket sales.
