Community Missions Golf Tournament
We would like to formally invite you to join us for our Community Missions Golf Tournament fundraiser. All proceeds will benefit the Central Baptist Church Local Housing Repair ministry for homeowners facing hardship.
You are invited to register to play and/or sponsor this tournament at various levels.
Player Registration:
4 person scramble: $300
Individual player: $75
Mulligans (Limit 2 per person): $5
or Mulligan Card: $25 (includes: 2 mulligans, 2 throws, 2 red tees *1 per person)
Sponsorship Opportunities:
1. Tournament Sponsor: $5,000 (Includes 2 Teams and Club House Signage)
2. Deck/Porch Sponsor: $2,000 (Includes 1 Team and Putting Contest Signage)
3. Ramp Sponsor: $1,500 (Large Sign at Premium Location)
4. Paint Sponsor: $500 (Medium Sign on course)
5. Hole Sponsor: $125 (Small Sign on a hole)
The Community Missions Golf Tournament Fundraiser will take place on May 18, 2026 at Creekside Golf & Country Club located at 591 Westchester Club Drive, Hiram, GA 30141.
Check-in at 8:30am
Shotgun Start at 9:00am
Registration Fees Include: Green Fee, Cart Fee, Range Balls, Tournament Hat, and Lunch (Hamburger & Hot Dog Buffet)
Contests/Prizes: 2 Flights, Individual Contests, Winners Trophies, Drawings for Prizes, $1,000 Prize for first Hole in One
