Due to COVID-19, there is a moratorium on the filing of zoning applications seeking annexation, rezoning, variances, development plan approvals, special land use permits and any other approvals required or authorized to be rendered by the Mayor and Council.

The moratorium will expire May 31, 2020. Applications will be accepted again on June 1, 2020.

All UDO Applications for permits or other approvals are being accepted electronically.
