The City of Douglasville began its reopening process back on May 4 by allowing public access to the City Hall Finance Window, the O’Neal Plaza entrance to the Welcome Center, and the main entrance of the Public Safety Complex were all reopened. Municipal Court sessions also resumed on May 20.
