A public hearing for the City of Douglasville budgets for fiscal year of July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021 have been set by the City of Douglasville for Thursday, May 7th, 2020 at 10:00 am. The hearing will be conducted by remote participation via Zoom, and public listening via YouTube Live Stream at www.MyCITITV.com. The meeting will be open to the citizens of the City of Douglasville, and the citizens will be able to give public comment via Zoom. Instructions for signing into Zoom are listed on the City’s Website. To speak during public comment, you must go to the following “Comment Form” link to sign up to speak. An email will be sent to the registered email with the details: www.Douglasvillega.gov/comments. A copy of the proposed budget is available for public inspection at City Hall and on the City of Douglasville website. The Fiscal Year 2020-2021 Budgets will be formally adopted at a Special Called meeting scheduled on Thursday, May 14th, 2020 starting at 5:30 pm via Zoom.
