For a limited time, I am offering a no security deposit move in special for qualified applicants.
The home is conveniently located approximately 15 minutes from Midtown Atlanta and Georgia Tech, just minutes from the Hamilton E. Holmes MARTA station, with convenient access to I 20 and I 285.
Rent includes utilities, WiFi, a furnished private bedroom, and access to the kitchen, living room, dining area, and laundry facilities.
A weekly payment option is available.
This is a shared residence and would be a good fit for someone who is responsible, respectful, clean, and able to make rent payments consistently.
House guidelines include:
No smoking inside the home 
No overnight guests 
First rent payment required before move in
