Douglas County Deputies Looking For Man Who Witnessed Murder

On February 14, deputies say 25-year-old Dequandre Johnson was shot to death. They want to talk to the man who witnessed his murder.

DOUGLASVILLE, GA—The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public for help in identifying a man who they say witnessed a recent murder.

On February 14, deputies responded to a fatal shooting that occurred at the corner of Oak Street and Connally Drive in Douglasville.

Authorities identified the victim as 25-year-old Dequandre Johnson.

Following Johnson's death, Gary Lamoore Parker II, 19, was charged with murder and aggravated assault, according to WXIA.

According to deputies, the man pictured in the photo witnessed Johnson's murder.

At the time of the crime, the witness was seen wearing all black with what appears to be black and blue shoes.
