Douglas Drivers Urged To Avoid Post Road This Week
Road resurfacing resumed Monday and will be going on through Saturday, authorities warn.

DOUGLASVILLE, GA — Douglas County motorists are being warned to avoid Post Road or expect delays this week.
Road resurfacing work has resumed on an area of Post Road between Interstate 20 and State Route 166.
The work will be causing lane closures every day between Monday and Saturday, the Douglas County Sheriff's Office said Monday in a social-media post.

Drivers should avoid the area if possible, the sheriff's office said.
