Douglasville's IVR Phone Payment system is now active! This gives customers the opportunity to make payments over the phone securely by calling this toll free number: 844-903-2367.

From there you will be guided through a list of available options in order to make payments for items such as:

• Utility Billing Payments (Commercial Front Load Sanitation)
• Misc. Receivable Payments (Roll-Offs, Rent, etc)
• Business Licensing
• Transient Merchant Permits (City Employees will provide a randomly generated invoice number to the customer that they will enter).
• Special Pickups/Sanitation Stickers (City Employees will provide a randomly generated invoice number to the customer that they will enter).
• Excise Tax Payments (City Employees will provide a BS&A invoice number to the customer that they will enter).
• Building Permits (City Employees will provide a BS&A invoice number to the customer that they will enter).
• Sign Permits (City Employees will provide a BS&A invoice number to the customer that they will enter).
• Planning & Zoning Payments (City Employees will provide a BS&A invoice number to the customer that they will enter).
