Douglasville Restaurant Destroyed in Fire
Kenny's Home Cooking was a "total loss" after the Sunday night blaze, officials said.

DOUGLASVILLE, GA — Kenny's Home Cooking, a restaurant in Douglasville, was destroyed by fire Sunday night.
The building was unoccupied at the time and no one was hurt, officials said.
The fire was reported at about 9:30 p.m. Sunday, Douglas County spokesman Wes Tallon said.

He said that, by the time they were able to bring the blaze — which is believed to have started in the kitchen area — under control, the building was a total loss.
The restaurant is located at 5700 Fairburn Rd.
