Douglasville's Make-A-Cake Cupcake Bar To Relocate Downtown

Make-A-Cake Cupcake Bar plans to relocate to downtown Douglasville in April.

DOUGLASVILLE, GA — Make-A-Cake Cupcake Bar plans to relocate from their current location, on Chapel Hill Road, to downtown Douglasville, on Campbellton Street, in April. The bakery has been at its current location for nearly three years.

Co-Owner Yvonne Robinson said the new location will be larger and better with better visibility.

"We will have a grand re-opening in April," Robinson said. "There will be a few new things on the menu too, but that's a surprise."

Make-A-Cake allows the customer to customize their cupcake by choosing their cake, filling, frosting, and topping. Then the culinary team at Make-A-Cake constructs the treat.

Robinson said the restaurant will probably be closed for about two weeks, at the end of March, in order to make the move.
