Dr. Noah Casey Todd Richason, 41, Dies

Per his wishes, Noah was cremated and the family will conduct a spiritual service in celebration of his life in Fort Walton Beach, FL on Monday, Sept. 23.

Dr. Noah Casey Todd Richason, M.D., 41 of Douglasville, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 10.He was born Nov. 24, 1971 in Cincinnati, OH.

Noah graduated from George Washington University as Summa Cum Laude, member of Phi Beta Kappa, and Golden Key National Honor Society, among other honors, with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. He graduated from University of South Florida College of Medicine with his Medical degree (M.D.) in 2007 and finished his Psychiatry Residency at Wake Forest University Medical Center in 2011. He was Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology in 2012. 

He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Beckman Richason, M.D.; son, Maslow Miles Richason, 22 months; mother, Christine Delery Ater; father, Mark Hayden Richason;  his “Memere,” Beverly Delery Ater;  cousin-“brother,” Nathan Sloan, wife Sara and family; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Janet and Blake Martin; father-in-law, Ron McMurtry; sister-in-law, Mendy McMurtry, husband Brad and family; brother-in-law, David Martin and family; uncles and aunts, Malcolm and Valerie Ater, Cheryl and Paul Hurt, Charlene and Hank Sloan, Kevin Ater; cousins, Reine Sloan and family, Demian Perry and family.
