Mayor Rochelle Robinson and City Council recently presented a proclamation declaring the first Thursday of every February as Optimist Day in Dougalsville. Mrs. Diane Conners, President of the Optimist Club, Douglasville Chapter, and Ms. Gwen Gable, District Immediate Past Governor of Optimist International accepted the proclamation.
