Georgia Youth Of The Year Named By Boys And Girls Club

A senior at Lithia Springs High School, was named Boys and Girls Club Youth of the Year for the state of Georgia at a ceremony recently.

DOUGLASVILLE, GA — Kai Hartman, senior at Lithia Springs High School, was named Boys and Girls Club Youth of the Year for the state of Georgia at a ceremony recently in Atlanta. Youth of the Year is the Boys and Girls Club highest honor and recognizes teens who are working hard, investing in themselves, and demonstrating leadership in their schools, clubs, and communities. Part of the competition was delivering a speech to an audience of more than 600.

Kai was previously named Youth of the Year for Douglas County and Metro Atlanta. She will now compete for the award at the regional level.
