Gunfire in Father-Son Dispute: Sheriff's Office
One suspect in custody after argument in Lithia Springs, according to Douglas County Sheriff's Office.

LITHIA SPRINGS, GA — A man is in custody after allegedly threatening his father during an argument, according to the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office.
Robert James Brashier, 43, has been charged with Aggravated Assault Family Violence Act, and two counts of Simple Assault Family Violence Act. Brashier also had outstanding warrants for Battery and Criminal Trespass.
On Monday morning, Brashier allegedly went to his parents home on Kent Drive in Lithia Springs. He allegedly argued with his parents.

During the argument, Brashier allegedly pulled out a handgun and pointed it at his father.
His father then produced a shotgun and two shots were fired by the father from the shotgun. No charges are being filed against the father.
