ICYMI: Douglas Chamber Announces 'Small Businesses of Excellence'

DOUGLASVILLE, GA — The Douglas County Chamber of Commerce has announced its 2016 Small Businesses of Excellence.

The 10 businesses receiving the honor were recognized for successful business operations and growth as well as service in the community, the chamber said in a post on its website.

"The Chamber is proud to recognize the important role that small businesses play in Douglas County and its economy," the post reads.

In its sixth year giving out the award, the chamber received more than 20 nominations of chamber-member businesses.

The recipients are each now eligible for the chamber's Small Business of the Year award handed out in February.

The 2016 Small Businesses of Excellence in Douglas County are:
