ICYMI: Second Man Charged In Douglas County House Party Murder

A teenager charged with one count of murder made his initial court appearance in front of a Douglas County Superior Court Judge Wednesday.

DOUGLASVILLE, GA — A teenager charged with one count of murder made his initial court appearance in front of Chief Superior Court Judge David T. Emerson on Wednesday afternoon, according to the Douglas County Sentinel.

Moses Bolar, 19, is accused of killing Mashato Garrett Dec. 23, 2017, around 7 p.m. The fatal shooting occurred at a house party, according to Bolar's defense attorney, Miya Griggs, the Sentinel reported.
