ICYMI: Suspect in Douglasville Shooting Arrested

Police have charged Anthony Bryant McKinney with three counts of aggravated assault in the New Year's Day shooting.

DOUGLASVILLE, GA — Police have arrested a suspect in the New Year's Day shooting that sent two people in Douglasville to the hospital.

Anthony Bryant McKinney has been taken into custody, the Douglasville Police Department announced Tuesday morning.

He is charged with three counts of aggravated assault in the shooting, which happened at about 4 p.m. Sunday on Colquitt Street.
